Formed in 2005, HEADBOMB is fronted by Jeff Bovee whose musical influences include everyone from Elvis to Eddie Vedder. Jeff’s dynamic vocal range allows the band to cover a wide variety of artists including Bush, Lit, Counting Crows, Guns-n-Roses, Pearl Jam, and AC/DC. Always working the crowd, Jeff strives to ensure your customers will feel as they are a part of the HEADBOMB experience. Lead Guitarist Jason Finn originally hails from Brooklyn, NY. He grew up listening endlessly to the riffs of Perry, Page, Rhoads, and Young. Jason mixes tasteful rythyms and searing leads that keep the energy high and the crowd on its feet. HEADBOMB's thundering low-end is manufactured by the old school playing of Bill Bauer. A Brooklyn/Queens native, Bill's club experience began in downstate with influences as varied as Entwistle, Flea, Bruce, and Wyman. Bill is always in search of that groove to provide a platform that keeps people dancing all night long. Finally, the rhythm section is anchored down by Jim Bovee. Having played for many years in clubs all across New York and Vermont, Jim’s timing is unwavering. Jim is well-schooled in all musical genres and has had the opportunity to play with many well-known recording artists including Shania Twain. Together, these five musicians comprise HEADBOMB, one of the most exciting new bands to come out of upstate New York.
